How do I place my order?
To place an order, follow these steps:
Add items to your shopping cart.
Proceed to payment through our website or through PayPal.
On our website, click the "Pay" button. If you use PayPal, click the PayPal button.
Enter your email, name and address.
If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field and click "Apply."
Continue by clicking "Continue to Shipping Method" and make sure the delivery address is correct.
Click "Continue to payment method."
Enter your payment details.
Click "Complete Order."

What happens if there are missing items or incorrect products when I receive my order?
If items are missing or shipped incorrectly, please contact us at supportoak@gmail.com. Please provide your order and proof number (image file size must be less than 1MB). We will resend the correct item at no additional cost and you can keep the incorrectly shipped item as a gift.
How do I know that my order has been shipped correctly?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details of your purchase.

I would like to change my ordered items. That I have to do?
You can modify your order before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day it was placed. Contact us at soportoak@gmail.com to request changes.
